Combination Scale-Multihead Weigher

Multi-head weigher is a kind of weighing equipment that is widely used, and it is widely used in the packaging of food, chemical industry, parts and other products.

Multihead Weigher Working Principle:

1. The product is in the cross-cutting hopper, vibrated by the main vibrator, so that the material is evenly distributed on the conical funnel to the line vibration plate.

2. When the horizontal photoelectric detector detects that there is no or insufficient material in the cross-cutting bucket, it sends a signal to the main board, and then sends a feeding signal to the Z-type elevator through the main board to add materials.

3. The vibrating plate is vibrated, and the product is sent to each feeding hopper through the amplitude and feeding of the vibrating machine.

4. The driving equipment, namely the stepping motor, works to open the feeding hopper to send the product to the weighing hopper. When there is no product in the weighing hopper or when there is not enough product in the weighing hopper, the product will automatically flow into the weighing hopper.

5. When the product is in the weighing bucket, the weight signal is generated by the sensor, and then transmitted to the main board of the control device through the lead wire. The CPU on the main board reads and records the weight of each weighing bucket. Then through calculation, analysis, and combination, select the combined weighing bucket close to the target weight. When there is a signal to allow discharging, the CPU sends a command to start the driver to open the selected weighing bucket and unload the product into the finishing tank into the collecting hopper.
